    1987 Leaf

That 87 Leaf was part of the Dimitri Young collection of you are into that....

The 87 Tiffany has that that all too familiar logo at the bottom of the pic.. so yeah..

My preference would be the full shot of the Topps issue, such a classic pose. Plus, the moustache on the 87 Donruss/Leaf is just a bit too creepy.

    1987 Leaf

Always liked the black border cards. Like the centering more on the Leaf. Never was a fan of the "lumber" cards of 62 and 87.

I'd go straight 87 Donruss but I hate that Leaf logo, so 87 Topps it is
(which is a very nice card)

Always looking for 1993-1999 Baseball Finest Refractors and1994 Football Finest Refractors.

Challenge on the PSA 10's for the Leaf are the white dots usually littered on the edges..........you can find 10's with a wide disparity of specks...... Not ALL 10's created equal IMO.

The Leaf shown by MLBdays in the example above is in the top 10% .... real robust.... Some 10's have snowflakes all over 'em.
If I'm collecting Maddux Im buying both of these issues.

I like them both about the same. If I were a Maddux collector, I would just buy both of them.

Hard to choose for me so I didn't vote.

If the Topps cards didn't have the print dot on them, I would vote Topps, but I think they all have it. That perticular example looks a bit off center both high and to the left.

    I like this one better.

Charlie O'Brien used to have a Donruss on the wall in his locker when he caught Greg. I think he sort of felt the same way.

    1987 Leaf

Another fleer update fan here - no mustache helps. I might have to rethink my submissions though - that PWCC PSA 10 has the white tips on both bottom corners.... I wouldn't even have subbed it. Hmmmm

I noticed the white on the tips too. Sometimes a scanner can magnify white on a dark color.

I wouldn't think the Topps card was a 10 either with the centering.

The Leaf always looks like someone used a Magic Marker on his eyebrows.
