1983 Topps Pack - Michigan test

I have a quick question for the forum.

My nephew passed away unexpectedly & he left me his card collection. I’ve been going through it to see what he had. It was pretty extensive. He did have something he wanted completed by me. He has several unopened boxes of cards. He wants me to have these 1983 Topps packs authenticated & graded. I’m not sure how to do it so I came here.

How do you go about getting a pack authenticated & graded? I called PSA & left a message but I’m at a loss at what he wanted.
