2008 spectrum derek jeter red / 99 card question

i pulled one of the 2008 upper deck red derek jeter spectrum cards numbered 85/99 but it seems to be sitting at noticable angle.. it wont sit straight in any of my holders.. do they all look like that or is it just a fluke miscut ? . ill post a pic in the holder

Pretty sure that's a factory miscut. What a bummer.
