Mexican Medal- Help needed

I recently was given some Mexican coins and this medal was one of them. Anyone have information on the medal ? Value if possible ?

It's listed in Grove's Medals of Mexico. Catalog no. 912a, 38mm silver, mintage of 320.

edited to add... Value? WAG- maybe $50 or so.
