I believe this to be true. It was at over 800k heading into March so probably well higher than that now.

It would suck to be on the bottom of that distinguished pile..... CLCT....I should take a look at the stock.

It was up 4 bucks just last week.

Let's add them up from the forum members. I've got at least 700 there right now across 8 different subs.

I have 9 there. Was getting ready to send in about 120 more, but now I'm reconsidering it.

I had one log today already. There were 4 in the box. 2 of the others are logged. I have one other there that is not logged. I have 4 I will send next week. Right now I am sitting on 4 logged 2 unlogged and 4 to be shipped next Monday. (I have a show this weekend, and hoping to add to the pile)

I can't do it. I just can't let go. I would miss Joe too much. I read him a bedtime story every night, and tonight it's going to be Jack and the beanstalk!!

Two orders, 6 & 100 cards respectively, both arrived 5/23 and not yet logged. On the verge of sending in ~250 more. If all goes well the subs may be delivered in time for Christmas morning!

My pack at PSA may outlive me...November 2019 and counting. Mine is at BBCE...research status.

On their estimated turnaround times, does the 50 card minimum CC special count as Card submission bulk service that is 100+ days? And has anyone had any experience recently with the card submission regular service actually being 36 days or close to it?

How many times does one have to check on the status of a received package becoming logged in order for it to be considered "unhealthy"?

Yes. I'll place over / under at January

Between various subs 15000 alone for May. Million card backlog may be a tad over norms but since its like 2 months in 1 due to the Covid19 delay in April 1.4 million would not be an unreasonable guess as a final number for May

I could care less..... exactly what they are banking on. A backlog is nothing more than revenue "sitting on the shelf". This is a business and the goal is to make money and out perform the previous year. Fiscal year 2019 for Collectors Universe ends June 30th..... expect to see a big push to get as many collectibles certified by the end of the month for bottom line end of year numbers. In their own words to shareholders: "increases in turnaround times experienced by customers may dampen demand for services and reduce the growth in revenue." Obviously, not experiencing this....yet. Top 5 customers account for approximately 11% of total net revenues in 2019. Wonder who they are? Quarterly dividends were reduced from .35 to .175 cents per share and may be eliminated in the future. Coins were still leading in revenue and account for 57% of the business with cards and autographs at 36%..... cards are gaining huge ground. They reported a backlog a year ago and still have a backlog.............revenue sitting on the shelf.

I guess the moral of this story is buy packs already graded.

I have an order that was received on 5/20. 3 subs, 1 pack, 1 ticket, and 1 card order. The card order was the collector club renewal order. Not sure how long the estimated turn around time for collector club renewal orders is now a days but used to be around 15-20 days. So far only the pack order has been logged. I don’t understand how 1 out of 3 orders in the same box gets logged 2 weeks plus before the other orders. Psa and I have a crazy ex girlfriend love hate relationship. I bitch and moan about turn around times and N9s but I just keep coming back to them wanting to get things slabbed.

Scans of most of my Misc rookies can be found <a target=new class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://forums.collectors.com/m...y&keyword1=Non%20major">here

My Renewal order was shipped back to me today and it was logged on January 25. So, take out maybe 6 weeks or so for Covid, but it is still taking a relatively long time compared with the old 7 to 15 business days we used to see.

An order of mine just went from Research to Grading - woohoo!! I received an email instruction to "Review Your Order". When I click in to the order details, everything looks good, but I don't have an available option/button to click to verify. Is that normal?

Yes, it will just continue through the process if nothing is reported as an error.
