I have searched online and can not find any information on such an overdate.

    Here's one that sold in a German auction. Starting price was €50 but didn't sell.

    It's listed in Krause, values shown are the same as the non-overdate version (FWIW).

    It’s a catalogued overdate. Listed as the same rarity as all other Ho 50c, but I have no info as to its true rarity.

    Unfortunately there aren’t many collectors collecting balance scale 50c by DAM at this point. So there isn’t much demand.

    I would argue that all 50 cents form the republic are more or less scarce. But as @pruebas said, the collector base is very limited.
