PSA POP Report ???

So I was checking the pop report for 2012 Contenders Russell Wilson White Jersey Auto. It’s shows 96 total have been graded. Problem is Panini says the print run was only /25. The cards are not serial numbered.

So I realize the pop report is not exact because of people cracking out and resubmitting. But does t this seem way off? Not to mention that I didn’t even check to see how we’re graded by other companies.

Maybe Panini put out bad info? Thoughts?

Sounds like a combination of factors, but obviously Panini printed more copies than they said. Not the first time.
