Better Turnaround Time: Quarterly Special or Collector's Club Value

I'm putting a submission together and it's almost all 80s stuff. Would I have a better turnaround time with the 80s Quarterly special or the Collector's Club Value Sub?

I was going to ask the stated turnaround times, but that doesn't seem to matter.

I was going to renew my collector's club early and they said there was no increase in time levels for it....... I hope that is not always true from this point forward. The vouchers would be economy level......not sure the incentive to pay for anything over the minimum if this is the new normal.

Guys, the new normal is the same as the old one, only possibly with longer wait times.

Send them in, they will get done eventually.
