I have to disagree because people need to be reminded again and again how serious this is!
At this point it’s more like the Nextdoor app with people lecturing. I’m quite capable of understanding the situation in my own area and all the risks. This is my last post on this thread.
I'm in healthcare too. It's not just yourself that you need to worry about but the entire community, state and country. People are selfish for not wearing masks. You owe it to the millions of unemployed right now including about 25% of my colleagues.
My nephew's entire family has it, and his wife (age 39) was especially hard-hit. A good friend of mine also contracted it and spent 17 days in a local hospital. Both said COVID-19 was the real thing and that it is something you DON'T want to get. No shows for me in which people aren't wearing masks. I would think the most vulnerable people at a show would be dealers who face multiple people without masks.
That show did look lightly attended in the pic and I hope everyone is still OK that went there. I do wonder how the people that were wearing masks treated? Hopefully no reaction, but I've seen my share of those "freedom fighters" that made me uneasy. Now the virus appears to be picking up again, betting it's a combo of increased testing, the reopening of society and the recent protests. I'm betting this summer is going to be a long, hellish one, but hope I'm wrong.
24+ years in EMS. Had a pt. asymptomatic ( no symptoms ) I transported for unrelated reasons. Several hours later I was notified the Pt. tested positive. Due to preexisting conditions he had not left his home since January. Only contact was his significant other. She to was asynptomatic, tested and also positive. 4 days later he was deceased, she still shows no symptoms. WHO saying asymptomatic can't pass it on, I beg to differ.

I don't have the article, but I think WHO clarified this. What you're saying is correct still, in my understanding.

Perhaps it is best to lock this thread now before things get further afield. Just a suggestion @HeatherBoyd

As much as I love this hobby there's not a single coin, token, or medal worth potentially risking death for

I just came from a large medical facility.
Every single person had a mask on and I had to wonder where the coin collectors and the dealers were.
