Grading question

Question #1- If I have a chrome card with a protector film on it, Do I peel it? it has some tiny scratches.
Question #2- Does PSA grade any aftermarket cards? ACEO or the edward vela ones?

    Like Topps finest? Some of the other guys may be able to give a better insight, but personally I remove them from mine. I think the higher grades with the coating intact bring more, but it’s tougher to get the higher grade.

    Personally, I remove mine before grading. PSA will grade the film as the surface grade if you dont remove it.
