Egyptian .999 gold coin info needed

I have this item that comes in at .999 gold on the xrf and weighs exactly 1/10 of an ounce. I suppose this may be a candidate for the bullion forum as well. Can anyone provide info on it? Just worth billion? Age?

I've seen these before and have had 1. Pretty sure they are made for tourists.
