More Difficulty and Slowness Getting Cert's Released!

I hate to keep posting these messages, but I continue to experience slowness, and lack of response in getting Cert's released, even after uploading images, and making the proper requests. Is there anything that can be done about speeding up the process? Thank You.

When you upload images of your item via the Set Registry Activity page our team processes these requests throughout each day. If a pending request is still within the 3 business day timeframe we will wait until the 3 business days to process the request. It seems all of your removal requests are on their thrid business day today, we will process and release them shortly as long as the previous owner has not stated that they still own the items.
