Hi, I was hoping someone could advise if the attached Note is a Mule?

No, mules have a back plate #939 and higher.

    Does this carry any premium?

Yes, but not much because of its condition. The 1928B $5 Mule replacement notes do VERY well.

I thought the Mules carried a premium in any grade vs the non mule note?

Aplus Note. I cannot see your post any longer. Just wanting to know a potential price point. I understand the Star Notes are more valuable.

This note is not a mule. All Series of 1928B $5 LTs have micro faces, and mules have macro backs (939 and higher). Those E-A mules are common, but the stars are rare.
