Question, if you don't mind. In what years were these made? Is someone making these now or are they from the 1920's, 1930's?

I was also curios, and have seen these in the past.

FWIW in the late 70s or early 80s someone used an original die to make modern restrikes. I think they were on modern coins but who knows what else might have been struck.
There are vintage types with Patent bars and some made with modern day coin dies.
