World Coin Blank

Can anyone identify the world coin this magnetic blank would be used it strike? See pictures.


It has upset rims like a Type 2 planchet and is 20.9mm diameter, 1.34-1.4mm thick, and is 3.1g. It sticks to a magnet so maybe it is made if nickel, I don't know? Thanks.

    Too small to be a Canadian 25c. Color looks wrong also. Pure nickle is silver/grey.

    It looks like it was cast, not rolled and punched.
