Got this one in June of 2017 at a Riverdogs game. Can't remember who it was. Looks like Tom Green, but don't ever remember meeting him. We get celebs from time to time, but just can't remember who this is. Can anyone identify? Thanks so much!

I assume the Riverdogs are a minor league baseball team. Was the signer a Riverdogs player or a major league player in a spring training game?
Yes they are a minor league team. But the rub is, I can't remember if was a player. I usually get players to sign balls, so I went through the roster for that year and did see a match. But players come and go. Thought I'd take a chance here. Appreciate any help.
