So my mother in-law won this bat in auction, years ago and since has forgotten who signed the bat. Does anybody recognize this signature?

It seems odd that someone else would sign a Joey Votto signature bat, but I couldn't find any examples of his auto that look like that. It looks like a 15 (or 51 if upside down) inside the loop, might check against Reds players with those uni #s since 2007: https://www.baseball-reference.com/teams/CIN/uniform-numbers.shtml
