How to access drafts?

Two or three months ago my browser started locking up when uploading any higher than 8 image files, regardless of size.
I used to be able to go to my profile and access my drafts in a dropdown. I can't seem to find it and was hoping somebody could help. It's a very handy feature and I can't remember how to access it.

Mine is an option on the right side if the screen. I might have to go into my profile to see it...
That's where it used to be for me.
Mine only shows up if I have unposted drafts....
