How can this 1972 Fred Norman card be a PSA Grade 10?

    The upper right and lower left corners would make that a card I would not even submit.

    If it was mine......it says it's a 10
    If it wasn't mine......looks like a 8

    UR corner appears fuzzy. could it be the scan?

    This looks like a scan I used to get from my old scanner. I couldn't get a clear image on slabbed cards. I got a new scanner and the cards looked much better.
