Cross Grading.

I am working on a PCGS top pop registry of all three versions (uncirculated, proof and high relief proof) for the Australian Silver Wedge-tailed Eagles. Since few seem to be graded beyond 2017, and rarely offered, with NGC having plenty I need to know if PCGS offers same grade designation? A drop in grade from NGC would not work for me, even by one point to a 69. At some point I'm considering gold as well.

    I can't help with an answer, but you may want to post this on the World Coin or Registry Set forums. I think you'll get more experienced eyes on it than in QandA
