BBCE - 1985 Topps Question - rack box vs wax box

On the BBCE website, a non FASC wax box is $475 and a rack box is $450. Why is this? The rack box yields 2x as many cards. Does it have to do with the possibility that some are cherry picked based on cards showing?

I'd think it's just what a per box price is in relation to a full non sealed case of each packaging type.

I would take the rack box all day long for the per Card price. That said, the cherry picking factor as well as the insanely cool look of the wax box push the comparatively higher price.

    Are you keeping unopened?
