There was a price spike post-death, especially for autos and rookies. The recent sales are more to do with the BkB explosion in general as part of the Jordan insanity that the lockdown and 10-part documentary have triggered.

They went really high really fast, then have slid back to a more reasonable level. This doesnt apply to rare or low numbered cards
