I thought I recognized that 35-P, I used to own it.

Thanks, DollarAfterDollar! The reverse is massively doubled as well. It's just not the commonly seen Class I that the obverse is. It's what is classified as a Class VI doubled die, where the lettering is thick and distorted. These are known as "distended" doubled dies.
