Order in assembly but....

I checked last night order was in Research and ID. It is a bulk order. It is not giving me the opportunity to review order. .....
As a disclaimer this has happened to me once before and it sat in assembly for the better part of 2 months. This is a bulk that was logged 12/15 so not sure if they are trying to get out or if someone just pressed the wrong button.

Not sure but Im in the same boat. I had my order go into assembly March 17th and has not changed sense.
I wish they would have just used this time to get themselves caught up on the months of backed up orders that they already have, instead of starting to accept new orders again. I feel like they could have spent 2 months and gotten caught up, then when they start accepting orders again the wait times wouldn't be like 6 months or more.
I don't know about anyone else, but if the wait times were more reasonable, I would send cards in much more often. I just can't stand waiting half a year to get them back.

I think if they did that then demand for faster services would go down.
Agreed, I noticed an order with the same issues as described above relative to status but no review notes able to be input.
This change is going to lead to a lot of frustration and wasted time as we all have to go back to correcting mech errors in a way that will add several months to finally getting cards in hand and labeled correctly, as opposed to them handling it the first time around and only adding days or weeks instead of months.
