I have a 1975 Topps resealed baseball rack pack with a bunch of major stars showing. What should I do with this? Should I take the cards out or should I sell the rack pack as resealed?

How do you know it’s resealed?
Multiple roller marks, rips between cells, cards out of sequence. When I tried to sell it on Ebay 10 years ago they bounced the ad because some people reported the ad. I dont think they would do that today if I sell it as resealed. I think someone opened the rack and rearranged the cards putting the best cards in each cell on top thats why there are all stars in front and back. Willie McCovey and Yaz on back is Joe Torre and Furguson Jenkins. Cards are brick tight look near mint or better but since its re-wrapped I doubt any 9's or 10's in there more like 8's and 7's. The wrapper looks original its curled and brittle looks 45 years old thats why I kept it looks too authentic to rip open but BBCE would never authenticate it maybe if the cards were in sequence but being out of sequence they know its been opened and searched I actually think all of these rack packs have been searched too much time has passed for the scammers not to search everything. I dont know how they do it but they somehow search everything.
The wrong way to do it = sell it as resealed.
The right way to do it = sell it as a lot of 42 cards from 1975
To a collector, a resealed pack is like used toilet paper = no good.
First things first though - take a few pictures and send it over to Steve for a looksee.

Or open it yourself and send any good cards over to be graded
Ebay is pretty liberal now when it comes to selling made up collectibles as long as you state it in the ad so if I sell it as a resealed rack pack I dont think they would pull the ad because I am telling the buyer that the rack is resealed. I also would grade the cards as near mint with no 9's or 10's possible because I would assume the scam artist that searched the rack would of pulled those cards out. I dont think if I opened the rack I would send in any cards because I only am interested in a card that has a chance for a 9 or 10 with a 1975 card.
Reach out to board member Grote. He will be able to tell you if it good or resealed.
cellophane seems a bit wonky for that issue
Someone said that it looks like they put a heat gun to it to tighten the cells. I thought that the 1975 rack packs became brittle but I think its the 1974 and before. If people say its not worth keeping I'll open it up for the cards. The cards look near mint unless they put really crummy cards in the middle but I wont know until I open it up. I remember when you could get a 1975 rack pack on Ebay for $75 dollars the 1980 rack packs used to sell for under $30 dollars that was around 2005 the prices are off the charts now.
Unfortunately, that rack is not authentic. The cello wrap is not from the period, the hole in the cello by the header card is way bigger than what you would see on an authentic 75 rack and McCovey is never found in the header section. There were a bunch of homemade 1970s racks that hit the market a while back. I suspect this is one of those racks.

That wrapping looks like Saran or Glad cling wrap.

The Yaz on top also has a rounded corners which generally means the cards in the pack are not in good condition.
I am going to take the cards out of the rack and I will grade them my guess is they are somewhere between a 6 to a 8 with the average a 7.
