If the sale is legit, someone just got a deal that you talk about

I think this is a good sale, listed as Topps, but clearly O-Pee-Chee, could the seller be that unaware of the value of these cards or is this some sort of scam? Between 35-40K if those 3 cards are delivered. Thoughts?

There is something weird going on with that seller. Most of their cards have a normal cost amount for shipping. The raw Orr he has is something like $7 for the card and $100 shipping charge. They have another 1979 Gretzky OPC in their sold items, PSA 7 and listed correctly as OPC instead of Topps; that listing was sold for ~$500 but had shipping of $340. Still a good deal if legit. However, add up the oddly good deals plus the mistakes in listings plus the high shipping plus his return policy saying "Seller does not offer Returns" and I think it is safe to say that one way or another, the Gretzky sales (and probably more of his items too) are scams, hidden among his normal listings for less desirable cards.
It seems strange to me that the other items from the seller are sub-$10 cards for the most part. Why lump 3 PSA Gretzkys together, yet take the time to list other cards at $7.00 BIN. What's with the Bobby Orr for $7 with $90 shipping?
I'll add, there are several more items in his sold list that are scams too.
Additionally, more flags include inconsistent photos/scans from card to card with an odd variety of camera angles, backgrounds and croppings all point to stolen images, some of which are modified crop out other sellers' info and such.
I'll also point out the account is only active since Feb.
And, he had a sale of Lysol spray at $29 plus $54 shipping.
Absolutely zero chance the Gretzky sales are legit. If you compare the listings of his quality items to the sold items under the PSA Auction Prices Realized page, you can see by comparing the cert numbers where the seller stole his images.
Real question is, will ebay close his account if reported, or will they turn a blind eye?
