At first I thought it was 1 Shilling Queen Victoria Great Britain Coin but the circle of detail just in from the edge is not consistent with photos I’ve seen. Thanks for the help.
That is indeed Victoria, but from the colony of Jamaica... Penny, halfpenny or farthing. Not silver but copper-nickel alloy.
These (any of those 3 denominations) are rather common as types. It has zero value in that condition (certain coins in such REALLY low grade have kind of a bizarro "lowball" collector appeal, but that's usually more for large silver crown-sized coins).
