Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm new to submitting to PCGS. Forgive me. My package arrived last Thurs, but it has not shown up in my orders yet. With everything going on in the world, when is the appropriate time for me to follow up? I don't want to be an alarmist or difficult customer. Thanks!

Don't worry yet. It can take several business days before the package is opened and entered into the system. If you paid for express, and mark it on the outside, it will usually be opened faster. It can take a while longer for economy service, or if there is no description marked on the package, for example.

look at your account - they have a spot to enter your tracking number and it will say if at PCGS office

My showed arrived today as well. I have seen it take a week before it shows up in your orders.
For me it was received on the 24th & entered into the system yesterday (27th)
