Is this 1987 Fleer Jordan Slab tampered with?

Just received this one from Ebay purchase (seller has a ton of positive feedback). However, when I received the card, I noticed what seemed to be a slight cut near the seal on the side. Then, I noticed there was some of what appears to me to be frosting on the bottom middle. I have attached some scans. I am hopeful I am just being paranoid, but any thoughts are appreciated.

Also, in the event it is tampered with, is there any recourse I should seek via Ebay -- listing was "returns not accepted," but don't know if that policy holds water if there is a thought the case has been tampered with. In fairness, there were no pics of the side of the case, which would have shown the cut near the seal.

Just my opinion, but I dont think there is an issue
