Tickets - to grade or not to grade

Hey ticket collectors / sellers... how do you decide whether or not to grade when it comes to tickets and sale value, especially when there aren’t any recent comps on eBay or PSA’s site? I have a couple 1969 NBA All Star game ticket stubs, one of which is in really good shape, that I’m planning on selling - lots of legendary players in the game but it doesn’t seem like anything overly special happened. There aren’t any for sale on eBay or recently sold there, so it could be that they’re rare or no one cares. It’s a PSA pop 1 (authentic) but again - rare or who cares? Is there another source for sales or tickets besides eBay and PSA’s APR history that I could be checking out to help? Thanks.
Jim

if it is a FULL UNUSED ticket then grade for sure. I find those are in super high demand, and you get extra premium when graded, even at a lower grade.
There used to be a good site for tickets, www.chicagotix.com. But it doesn't appear to be coming up. They were certainly around 10-15 years ago.

I believe grading is the way to go, absolutely! I have tickets that I graded for my personal collection (Cody Belllanger's first game, Vin Scully's last game ) and I opted for the "AUTHENTIC" moniker instead of the grade, I basically wanted to be sure they were legit since some were purchased raw on ebay and I wasn't to concerned about the grade. I would imagine one would want an actual grade (PSA 6,7,8) if the intention would be to sell.
Go to Boogers Stubs on Facebook. Great place for ticket collectors and very knowledgeable guys. I’ve bought a Little from there, but like to mostly read the conversations.
