Is the place to ask for possible registry set modifications?

If so, I have the following suggestions, plus I have sent an email to PCGS already:

Can we remove these 2 coins from the set of Capped Bust Half Dollars with Major Varieties, Circulation Strikes (1807-1839)?
1817/4 and the 1839 Small Letters. There is just a handful of each, they are both pretty much unattainable for this set.

Can we remove these to coins from the set of Liberty Seated Half Dollars Basic Set, Circulation Strikes (1839-1891)?
1853-O No Arrows and the 1878-S. The same issue as above.

Of course, keep these coins for the complete variety sets, they do belong there. Thanks for reading.
