EARLY 70's grocery cellos

I just wanted to know what collectors thought of those 12 card repackaged grocery cellos? I know most of them were made by scam artists that were connected with GAI but I was wondering were any of these made up cellos ever seeded with a star card? My guess is you will never find a 9 or a 10 in there but did the scammers ever place 8s in there of a star player just to make it look good for the people who opened them up? Also how much would you ever pay for one of those cellos?

Ryan Rutter. He holdered a bunch of them at one point but reversed himself soon afterwards. All of the bogus grocery cellos in GAI holders bear a cert # beginning with 102XXX as a result.
