Why no Search Inventory from browser?

While the "search inventory" feature works well on the mobile app, there's nothing like it on the browser version of the registry. The filters could be used for this, but they're awkward. Since I work with my inventory more often at my desktop than on my phone, I'd find it quite useful to have this feature there. If I'm missing something, someone set me straight, otherwise consider this a feature request.
