The 1825 has very few angles where the eye appeal suffers. It's all around a solid coin, pleasing to hold, isn't too flashy and doesn't rely on the color to carry the quality of the coin. It really is quite lovely and doesn't magically turn into a nastier looking coin like many CBH can do.
The 1830 has a saving grace on the reverse between 5:00 and 9:00, the electric blue and fiery toning shows up like trash in the pictures but really redeems the whole coin in hand. The surfaces are exactly what you'd think. Coin had a cleaning a long time ago and the remaining agents likely contributed to the increased toning. Free 14 day return privilege just in case -- I don't want you hating your coin.
It's been hard for me to find a more appealing VF album toner than the 1825. There's just so very little in this sphere that ticks all the boxes the way these two do.
