Did PSA Eliminate the Notes Section from Submission Forms??

I've been working on a submission and went back to it for the first time in a few weeks. Now I don't see the notes section anymore. I use that to identify the source where I purchased each card. If they eliminated it, does anyone know why?

I haven’t submitted in a while, but I did read on here that they eliminated the notes section. Wish that wasn’t true but sounds like it is.

They don't let you do it for each item anymore but there is a Notes box at the bottom of the item page.

Bummer. The notes section at the bottom is of no use to me. I rely on a note for each card to trace back to the source. This helps track my cost basis. I guess I'll have to figure out some other method for tracking now.
I used the notes to tell PSA something specific about a card on occasion (holder if authentic/etc).
For reviews it was really handy to ask to reholder cards that were in scratched or old flip style holders
Yes, they did eliminate that option from the sub form a couple/few months ago. However, what I've done is still type up relevant notes per corresponding line item when necessary (which is frequent with the items I choose to sub...) and staple the word document to the paper copies of the sub forms that are included in the shipment. On the electronic form in the notes section that is still there at the end, I type a note asking them to refer to the paper notes I have typed up and attached. Best we can do until they restore the electronic per-item option.
