There is a thread on BO talking about this and it's not just Pippen selling for more it's other rookies from that set in Dennis Rodman,Reggie Miller & John Stockton too. You would think that all of these price hikes are probably affecting 88-89 Fleer unopened too.

I have the Pippen, Stockton and Miller rookies. So I'm happy they went up.

Since I'm working at home, I've been working on an inventory project that I've been putting off for years. And I've been floored by some recent sales prices of some of this stuff.........unreal.

What other's have shown recent increases? I am figuring T Duncan, K Garnett but I haven't checked any other moderns.

I have checked K Leonard and A Davis cards from the 2012 Prizm set. PSA 10's are crazy...I could get a nice Dr. J or Bird/Magic for what those are going for now.

I wouldn't sell now, either. Ten part docu-series at a time when there's ZERO sports in the world? I'd be waiting until the entire hobby is on day 7 of Bulls fever and then release the hounds.

Lucky you! If you bought before NYE it was probably under $150. Pre-covid was about $1200. Covid day 1 dropped to about $700 and now climbing the ladder back up to over $900. 2 are sitting at PreWarCC, so they will most likely get above that $1000 threshold again.

$80 a couple years ago. Paid $250 for a Bowman PSA 10 and noticed it has went up a bunch also.

Dang. Guess I should have realized a Michael Jordan documentary would cause a Pippen card to go up in value 10x in a few months. Stuff like this makes collecting quite difficult sometimes.
