Been seeing these listed on Ebay. No COA from the major graders.

Found this on a PSA page (https://www.psacard.com/probatfacts/star-players/barry-bonds/1609):
"Starting around 1997 or so, Bonds provided game-used equipment directly to the hobby with his own hologram and authentication system (Barry Bonds Authenticated)."
Not sure if PSA referencing it means that it's legit or that this is the specific authentication service/hologram, but it's proof that such a thing was around at one point.

The jersey and auto are legit. The listing says 2012. Bonds and the Giants played in 2002 against the Angels. Bonds retired in 2007. this might be an opportunity to pickup his auto jersey pretty cheap.
Jersey is definitely not real/game used. The real ones have the MLB logo above the name plate.

So the signature is authentic? I was just wondering since most of those Willie Mays holo COA's are fake.

I don’t have an opinion but I know from buying something from Barrys site that’s a different holo than the one I got and it should have a letter too:

This ebay seller from Georgia has sold a ton of these in the last couple of months. And not only is his holo's different, they come with NO letter. He has also sold a bunch of the fake Mays signed say hey jerseys. So he seems to be running a pretty good scam operation. I will pass on these.
