Always loved watching him play. He had the prettiest swing, and was a great defensive player as well, and although he stayed injured a lot, he still managed to hit 630 home runs. I wonder what his numbers would look like had he been healthy his entire career.

    THE KID!!
    loved watching him play
I saw him in the mid/late 90's in old tiger stadium, went to law school in Detroit, when tickets were cheap there. early April day I was in the bleachers with snow flurries Griffey playing center field a great day. the crowd was getting on him and he played along, kept throwing them finger behind his back.
he just seemed to love playing the game all the time

    I miss Ken Jr.
