    Sure, but I do not think you can even come close to think on a PL designation from that picture.

    Yes I too think that it has a shot, but it’s kind of expensive to resubmit a gold coin with few or medium chances for a PL designation, especially at PCGS, where except for Canada, it is a mystery to me when, if and where they give it to. Otherwise, I don’t like your holder. ;)
