Topps Tiffany and Chrome/Finest Refractors - How Are They Graded?

I've learned that the rough cut on the older O-Pee-Chee cards is welcomed, if not preferred. I'm also curious how the issues below are looked at by PSA...
Topps Tiffany - Do the tiny specks in the finish on these count against the grade?
Chrome/Finest Refractors - Do Refractor/Print Lines lower the grade?
I appreciate your time!
Thanks

Hi Craig,
Tiffany - Yes, the specks definitely count and will turn a 10 into a 9 if everything else is perfect. The print lines also count (harder to see on Tiffany) and aren't as prevalent in all of the sets. The '88 Topps Traded set is notorious for having horizontal print lines and the '86 Topps Traded is notorious for having vertical print lines. In both cases, they're a 2-grade deduction.
Chrome - As you can imagine, yes, the print lines lower the grade. I have less experience with the refractors but I believe they're a 2-grade deduction, as well. The other thing to keep a look out for on Chrome cards that almost everyone seems to overlook are tiny dimples in the surface. They may not look like anything and you may not even notice them your first few times looking over the card but once you train your eyes to see them they'll stick out like a sore thumb. Those dimples will result in grade deductions, as well.
Hope this helps a little.

Arthur - Thank you for the great info! I really appreciate your time!
Thanks

Arthur said it well in regards to the chrome cards and the dimples/print lines. I would add to watch out for the curvature of some chrome cards. For whatever reason, some are really curved/bowed and I think that affects the grade as well.
Refractor film line is usually a 1 point deduction

I would trust @saucywombat on that over what I said.

*For future reference, If the wombat isn't saucy, should it still be trusted?
