While it is true that the upcoming Summer Olympics in Tokyo have been postponed to next year they are still designated as the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and will remain so.
Had they been cancelled instead of postponed and then rescheduled we may have had a 2021 Summer Olympics.
Apparently part of the decision to keep them named as they are was because of all the 2020 designated merchandizing that has already been produced and sold. When I was in Japan last year 2020 Olympics merchandise was available throughout the country.
