grading question

I got a email today from PSA. It said my submission moved to level 4. Is this a automatic email sent out by PSA? After so many days . When a card reaches the next level of the grading process.

    No. Only 3, 4, and 8. It might be 2 instead of 3, but I've never had an order stay there long enough to notice. The reason for this message is for you to check the labels to reduce the chances of mechanical errors. You can do this up through step 7.

    Ok thanks. It was the first card I have sent in myself. I normally do group submission.
