Need Help Identifying Autograph

Can anyone help me identify this autograph? I found it in a box of balls from when I was a kid. I’m thinking maybe it’s from a Phillies player, maybe in the 90s. I’m at a loss.

The ball and sig aged very well - they still look great. That is always a concern of mine.
