    What's it grade?

Looks AU details, cleaned, excessive marks for the grade.

    All glory is fleeting.

I am not specialist in grading. Tiny Scratches on obverse, AU on reverse, not cleaned. Obverse and reverse with original luster. Can you grade it for me?

Hopefully this is inexpensive tuition for you, as they say, because to any experienced collector, it's obvious that your crown has been cleaned by someone in the past and doesn't have its original luster. The grade looks like AU details - probably worth about $100 as it is.

Once in your hand, you would see that this coin never has been cleaned.

welcome to the expensive hobby of numismatics

I have got it by change against Russian Alexander I Kopeks, change value was about 150 Dollars.

The coin almost certainly HAS been cleaned and you did overpay if you allowed $150 for it by trade.

It doesn't matter of all. I id not post it to discuss the rating. If you think it has been cleaned and is not worth the money allowed on change, just stay to it. I am not a collector trying to get the highest rated coin for the smallest possible amount of money. I just buy or change coins, tokens or medals for fun and historical interest. The NGC Price Guide indicates 150 Dollar in XF. Well, few people accept to pay prices as shown by the NGC Price Guide, but it is helpful when doing a change against other coins when using the same Guide for the coins concerned. Have a nice day and be welcome in France.
