some type of barcode card ????

i got this card in a bunch of topps chrome football cards . it's 2 -1/8 inches wide and 3 -1/8 inches tall .one side has four stripes on it blue -red- yellow and black. on the other side is a single black stripe i have never seen a card like this one .if anyone has let me know what it is , thanks in advance .

    On some issues they won't use all the space on the the printing sheet so they end up with scrap pieces that should be discarded but sometimes get packed out. These colors comprise all the colors in the standard cyan, red, yellow, black color printing process. If you pull a part most any cereal box or packaging from the grocery store you'll see some similar color bars.

    Always looking for 1993-1999 Baseball Finest Refractors and1994 Football Finest Refractors.
