Medal featuring France Louis XIV 52 mm

Can anyone give me any information on this beautiful model of Louis XIV

It's large at 52mm but who made it and I doubt it was 1662 also what is represented on the reverse

Had to have it since it looks like one of my favorite coins, Louis XIII 1676 1/2 ecu
