I have no auction experience apart from ebay, so I am a total newbie, but this thread and other posts led me to check out the stacks website and also their app...
In my opinion, they are both awful. Navigation and searching are terrible, and if you leave a lot to look up the cert number you come back and have to scroll through 500 lots to find your place again. Just miserable. I wasn't able to find anything I was interested in. After like 30 minutes of endless scrolling there was 1 lot I had a mild interest in and I was required to log in to see whatever I clicked on. At that point I just gave up.
I might not be the type of customer they are trying to attract, as I am just into low dollar widgets, but for me the terrible mobile site and app are a deal killer.
I got skunked as well - missed the 66+ FE I wanted as we were gardening and I forgot it was an earlier lot.

This, big time. Stock market will go up, or down, back up, back down. Unemployment numbers are going up for the next several months. Be prepared for family members that will need help, and don’t forget your neighbors.
