10 1901-O Morgans, Mexican 1968 Silver, Hawaii 1c, Peace Dollar Book-filled! :)

SurfinxHISurfinxHI Posts: 2,451 ✭✭✭✭✭

Hey all,

Some coins for you to consider as you sit trapped behind your computer screens! Why not buy some coins with that money you you just got stimulated with ;) !!! These should take the sting out of having to hang around the house, and definitely beat standing in a Costco line! Considering that stimulus check might stimulate your buying habits, here's another series of items for you mouth water over! If you think they are not priced well, contact me and maybe we can work something out! As usual, I accept PPFF, PPGS +3%, check, and MO.

Refreshing the add here with some silver, that usually seems to sell pretty well. Here's a quick group of 10 1901 O Morgan dollars. These are typically $31-35 coins each, at sheet. Take the group at $295 $285 shipped.

Mexican Olympics 1968 silver coins. 0.5209 ASW each. $85 $90 delivered. Offers?

Back to the copper for a moment with this great example of early copper, from my home state, Hawaii! This 1847 penny in AU 55 is a truly beautiful mellow chocolate brown example of this coin, and these are stupid hard to find without a bunch of environmental damage or other issues. Only 100000 of these were minted, and a bunch ended up in the harbors around Honolulu...so who knows how many are left. The PCGS price guide is at $1000. I'd like for you to have it at $725, shipped.

Peace dollar collection in a Whitman Album. This is a nice book, now complete and ready to get to a new home. I'll list out the salient details, as I see them, below. And then I'll list out a reasonable price, for you to have a gander at. If you hate my price, but think you have a reasonable alternative, please contact me! I would like to get these to a new home. I really, really would! Send me an offer!

The following are all MS coins: 1922, 1922d (super slider), 1923, 1925.

The Keys are as follows: 1921 MS Det damaged (that ding on the obverse), 1924s AU 50, 1928 MS Det improperly cleaned;

Other dates: 22s AU (old cleaning?), 23d AU det, 23s AU 58/55, 24 XF, 25s XF, 26 VF, 26d vf, 26s AU 50, 27 XF, 27d XF (cleaned), 27 s XF, 28s VF, 34 VF, 34d F, 34s F (cleaned), 35 VF/XF, 35s F.

A nice and easy conservative value on these is $925 for the set, shipped, insured. I have valued the polished or damaged coins accordingly (for example, I put the 21 at $110 and MS 60 on the coin is $215), and I have tried to consistently be under bid prices for the others. I'm thinking this is pretty darn fair for what it is, with plenty of meat left on the bone, if you needed/wanted some.

Have something else on your mind? Maybe I've got it in stock. Give me a shout and let me see if I do. Email doesn't cost a penny!

Cheers,
Surf

@SurfinxHI is an amazing merchant. He is always very thorough and patient with me. I've felt very comfortable buying from him over the years. Personable, trustworthy, reasonable, polite, wholesome and all around a great dude.

Sight unseen old circulated copper has been great, silver has been great, and I know the sight unseen gold will be great, too.

Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Also: The courtesy reminders help me so much. You just don't get that customer service and care anymore. And he does it every time so you know he actually cares to keep working with you, and isn't just doing it to jam the sale down your throat and get you out of the way. Solid. Dude.

Edit: The sight unseen gold was better than great. Thanks again my man.

Surf is a great guy to buy from and is fully trustworthy. I've bought from him many times without any issues.
