1969s Ms 64+ grade now in population

I see there has been a 1969s DDO Ms 64+ that's been found. Does anyone know anything about this ?

It could be a Reconsideration upgrade. The cert number appears to be an older number, 24471806.

Thanks Bob. I thought the same. You would think pcgs would have let it be known if a 64+ was just found Raw.

Should of been higher then a 64+ in my opinion.
