There is definitely something under the mint mark, need your advice
There are no listings on variety vista for an RPM on the SBA series.
I checked Wexler's list, there is not sub-section for it at all.

Sorry, but it's damage. The mm took a hit.

I'm addition, the P mm on the SBA always have a small, "blobby" appearance that makes them look indistinct
